How to cook

The quality of sour milk cheese affects the main dough. If it is dry, then add a tablespoon of sour cream. To improve the consistency, rub the cheese through a sieve. Potatoes should be cleaned and grated on a fine grater. Mix everything together.

So, add an egg, garlic, dill, and a little salt to the potato-cheese mass. Sugar is needed if the cheese is more sour than expected. The next stage: adding flour, a little soda.

The dough is easier to shape with moistened hands. Bread the cheesecakes in flour and fry in oil on both sides. Cheesecakes are served with mushroom sauce, cheese or plain with sour cream. Delicious!
