“Buckwheat contains more than 50 useful substances and a huge amount of protein. It can even be compared to meat. There are many amino acids here: lysine and tryptophan, which are very important for the synthesis of own proteins,” the expert notes.
In addition, buckwheat groats are rich in iron. 100 g of buckwheat contains 37% of the daily norm of iron, such an indicator will help regulate hemoglobin.
Daily (or at least several times a week) consumption of buckwheat is an excellent prevention of oncological pathologies. Also, the presence of buckwheat in the menu on a regular basis helps to lose excess weight.
