When to add onions so that the liver is soft and juicy

Liver stewed with onions is a classic combination, but the order of adding the ingredients plays an important role. Until recently, this method was unknown to us, if you haven't tried this recipe either – be sure to try it. The liver will turn out extremely juicy, as never before. Proven method – 5 out of 5 times excellent taste!

To prepare, take
1 kg of liver
500 g of onions
100 ml of oil for frying
salt and spices – to taste
Soak the liver in the usual way. If it's chicken, you can just wash it, but if it's beef or pork, soak it in water or milk, or 50/50 for 20 minutes.
Cut the liver into pieces – about 7×7 cm. Onions – in half rings.
Here is an important point – mix the liver with chopped onions and leave for 5 minutes so that the onion juice seeps into the liver.
Meanwhile, heat the oil (refined) in a pan.
Place the liver with onions in one layer on a pan, cover with a lid and fry over high heat for 15 minutes. During this time, do not open the lid, do not turn or stir anything.
After 15 minutes, add salt and your favorite spices and fry for another 3-5 minutes, stirring.
The liver is ready – juicy , a soft dish with an aromatic sauce made from onions and liver juice. You don't need water, cream, or sour cream – it will be very tasty!
