When will “busification” disappear – the CCC gave a clear answer

It turns out that every detained conscript can be immediately mobilized after an administrative violation.
The thing is that as part of mobilization, violators of military registration are sent immediately to the CCC, and not to the police, where they can only be held for three hours.
This was stated in an interview with “Suspilny” by the representative of the Poltava CCC and SP Roman Istomin.
He noted that the CCC may hold a citizen for the necessary time to verify the data. In addition, the conscript may immediately be sent to a hospital commission.
“If the CCC recognizes a person as fit and if it turns out that he has no grounds for a postponement or is not reserved, then such a person may be called up to the army after administrative detention,” Istomin noted.
When “busification” disappears
When asked about the duration of mobilization measures, Istomin said that such measures, including force mobilization, will disappear “as a phenomenon” when the army recruits a sufficient number of fighters to protect Ukraine from Russian aggression.
< p>“It should be understood that mobilization measures continue due to the fact that Russia has been trying to destroy Ukraine for more than two and a half years, so Ukrainians are forced to defend themselves from Russian aggression. This requires both equipment and military personnel. The defense forces can withstand this pressure, but replenishment is important to them, and the TCC is the main mechanism for mobilization,” said a representative of the TCC.
