When will reservation from mobilization in “Dia” start working, and what should the employer do

The manager of the enterprise, which is recognized as critically important, will be able to submit a list of employees he wants to book via “Action”. After the checks, the employer will receive the result by mail and in the office on the portal, the Ministry of Digital Affairs explained.
Reservations in the mobile application and on the Diya web portal will be available within a month. Work is currently underway to establish information interaction between the “Oberig” registry, the Pension Fund and the “Diya” portal. Valeria Tkach, deputy director of the Department for the Development of Electronic Services at the Ministry of Digital Affairs, announced this on the air of the telethon.
According to her, critically important enterprises or those companies that provide for the needs of the army and provide services to the Defense Forces of Ukraine. The criteria for recognizing the enterprise as critically important are prescribed in Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 76.
“In order for an enterprise to become critically important, it must meet at least three of the seven criteria. But it is different in different spheres of activity. For example, the Ministry of Education has its own sphere of their enterprises and they determine according to criteria, and the Ministry of Health has its own sphere. The ministries determine if the company has applied, check for compliance with the criteria and issue a decision,” explained Tkach.
Through “Action”, the head of the enterprise will be able to add a list of employees whom he wants to book. Therefore, he will understand what quantity is available for booking. Conditionally, if the company employs 100 conscripts, the limit is 50%, i.e. it will be able to book 50 conscripts. And after that, checks will automatically take place in the “Oberig” registers and check whether this person, whom the head of the enterprise wants to book, is actually employed,” the Ministry of Statistics said.
After that, an automatic reservation will be made, the manager will receive an answer in the office on the “Action” portal and by e-mail.
“The employee, if the reservation is successful, will see this information about the reservation in “Reserve+” and the date of completion of the reservation,” Tkach added.
She stressed that the booking framework works in such a way that the definition and the full responsibility rests with the head of the enterprise, since it is he who must know without which employees his enterprise will not be able to fully function. Therefore, he certifies this list with his signature and submits the list for booking.
