Which bread is dangerous: a nutritionist revealed the truth

The nutritionist recommends not eating yeast bread made from highly refined pure flour, which lacks vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber.
On her Instagram page, she said that she suggests replacing it with whole grain bread.
“In addition to the useless thermophilic fungi used to bake bread, margarine or spread is added to white refined flour. Spreads contain carcinogenic substances. Of course, if you eat a yeast bun once a month, nothing bad will happen. But you shouldn't make it a staple in your diet,” the nutritionist noted.
“If your diet includes more plant-based foods, unprocessed, unrefined, you will crave these foods less. That's why we choose whole grain bread. And we rarely eat yeast-based pastries,” she advised.
