Who can get armor from mobilization in September: the list has been updated

Yes, from September 1, the following can count on a postponement:
- people's deputies and their assistants;
- beneficial owners of enterprises of critical importance;
- civil servants engaged in the analysis of draft laws or support of information and communication technologies in the Verkhovna Rada and the Cabinet of Ministers.
A postponement may also be granted to employees of enterprises important for the functioning and defense of the state, in particular:
- police, rescue service, state authorities and local self-government;
- companies in the field of media and culture;
- manufacturers of goods for the army, enterprises that manufacture and repair military equipment and ammunition;
- enterprises with mobilization tasks and other enterprises of critical importance for the economy.
- companies of the fuel and energy complex (and their contractors), which ensure uninterrupted functioning of the energy industry of Ukraine;
- enterprises that ensure the functioning of communication networks and emergency works in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Kyiv, Luhansk, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, Chernihiv regions and the city of Kyiv;
- enterprises that granted grants for the development of innovations and technologies for defense needs;
- enterprises performing work on the construction of fortification structures;
- employees of the UN, diplomatic institutions, representative offices of international organizations, which are recognized as critically important for functioning of the economy;
- The Red Cross Society of Ukraine and other Ukrainian non-governmental humanitarian non-governmental organizations;
- institutions and organizations that include full-time national teams of Olympic, non-Olympic sports and sports for people with disabilities.

Under the new rules, regular businesses can reserve no more than 50% of conscripted employees for a period of 6 months. An exception is made for:
We note that for employees of enterprises that are identified as critically important for the country's economy, reservation is issued for 12 months.
Not everyone can make a reservation
Reservation is provided only to officially employed persons who are on military registration. Enterprises wishing to book employees must meet at least three of the specified criteria, in particular, be residents of “Diya.City”, have high tax payments and no debt for the payment of EUV.
It is important to note that booking from mobilization for FOPs is not provided, as well as for specialists working under gig contracts. The reason is that the Ministry of Defense does not see their specialties.
Booking in Diya
The reservation process can be initiated through Diya, where the head of the enterprise submits a list of employees for verification and receives decision within a day. The postponement document can be downloaded from the portal and used as needed.
