Wholesome: Banana-Oatmeal Cookies Without Flour or Eggs

Is it possible to make delicious cookies that contain no sugar, no eggs, no butter, and even flour? It turns out that everything is possible! In addition, the cookies are not only delicious, but also very healthy. And they are prepared in just a few minutes.

Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas
1/2 tbsp. peanut butter
1/4 tbsp. coconut oil (can be replaced with vegetable oil)
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla essence or a pinch of vanilla powder
2 tbsp. oatmeal
1/3 tbsp. coconut flakes
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 tbsp. chocolate chips

Preparation:

  1. Mash bananas
  2. Add peanut butter and coconut oil, maple. syrup and vanilla, and mix
  3. Separately mix all dry ingredients, except chocolate drops.
  4. Mix everything, add chocolate drops
  5. Spread on a sheet covered with parchment paper using two teaspoons

Bake in a preheated oven to 180g. for 15 minutes.
