According to her, with regular performance of a set of abs exercises, muscle cubes will indeed appear, but they will not be visible, since fat from the abdomen and sides will still not go anywhere. To get rid of such a fat layer, you will have to follow a diet as an auxiliary tool for sports.
For emphasized abs, regular full sleep is necessary, the body must rest between workouts; no less important is the absence of stress. Fast carbohydrates, trans fats, pickles, smoked foods should be excluded from the diet. You need to consume more legumes, vegetables, fruits, and proteins.
In addition, the doctor recommended alternating cardio and strength training. And only in extreme cases will you have to resort to abdominoplasty – a voluminous surgical intervention that is performed to restore the aesthetic proportions of the abdomen.
Eat properly: no fast carbohydrates, trans fats, pickles, and smoked foods. More vegetables, fruits, proteins, and legumes. Count calories: a very small deficit is needed. Get enough sleep: lack of sleep and stress increase the production of ghrelin, the hunger hormone. Alternate cardio and strength training. Do lymphatic drainage massage and kinesiology taping of problem areas.
