Why “busification” arose and how to avoid it, explained a representative of Teroborona

They are trying to make the mobilization process in Ukraine fair, said the representative of the 125th Teroboroni brigade Andriy Dutkevych. The military explained how recruiting differs from busification.
Ukrainian citizens, awaiting mobilization in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, are trying to hide from the territorial recruitment centers (TCK), instead of independently determining their path in the army. Recruiting makes it possible to settle in a place that best matches civilian knowledge and skills, and at the same time avoid forced delivery to the military registration and enlistment office. What needs to be done to avoid “busification”, the communications group officer of the headquarters of the 125th Regional Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Andriy Dutkevych told on the air of “Espresso”.
Dutkevych explained that a recruiting center was created as part of the brigade that maintains defense in Zaporizhia and Sumy regions. In the recruiting center, citizens are explained how and where they will serve, what funds they will receive. In response to a journalist's question about the so-called “busification”, the military man stated that recruiting is not an alternative to this process, but an additional opportunity for those who understand the need to defend the Motherland. According to him, people would not have to be forcibly delivered to the CCC if they acted according to the law and updated their military registration data in a timely manner.
“This is not an alternative, it is a supplement and an opportunity to provide people who understand that it is necessary to serve and defend the Motherland and to fully use their skills, abilities that they have acquired in civilian life. Busification would never have actually happened if our citizens had followed the law, that is, updated the database – a trip to the CCC and that's it. “Everything should be according to the law, but this is not happening, which is why there is busification,” Dutkevych said.
The representative of the 125th brigade recalled that men from 25 to 60 years old at some point realize that they can get into the army and then start hiding. In his opinion, “it is impossible to hide forever,” and, besides, the war will reach any corner of the country. He also noted that citizens should not refer to generals who should be the first to go into the conditional “trenches,” or to military commissars, or “children of deputies,” or prosecutors.
“This is a complex, multifaceted process. The state is doing everything it can to somehow bring it back to the path of justice.” The introduction of the recruiting system is one of the mechanisms for restoring this justice,” the military man concluded.
Mobilization in Ukraine — problems with the CCC
It should be noted that on November 27, the spokesman for the Poltava CCC, Major Roman Istomin, spoke about attacks by citizens on military enlistment office employees. He explained that after the reform of the military centers, soldiers are working there after being injured and it is difficult for them to see the reaction of citizens to the delivery of summonses. Istomin said that the best help for the army is not reactions on social networks, but the fulfillment of duty.
