What are the benefits of coffee with pepper?

In addition, the combination of caffeine and pepper activates short-term memory, making it easier to remember large amounts of information.

Both coffee and pepper are rich in antioxidants. They protect the body from free radical damage, stop inflammatory processes in the body, slow down aging, prevent the formation of wrinkles, improve skin condition and protect it from the harmful effects of ultraviolet radiation.

The combination of coffee and pepper stimulates the production of the “happiness” hormone serotonin no worse than chocolate, and at the same time contains a minimum amount of calories. Piperine (the active substance in pepper) accelerates metabolic processes and provides effective detoxification of the body – we recommend that everyone pay special attention to the drink.

How to prepare

You will need:

  • 4 tsp. natural ground coffee
  • 1/3 tsp. ground pepper (red or black)
  • cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg to taste

Mix all the dry ingredients in a Turk, pour 0.5 ml of water and cook over low heat until foam forms.
