Why do even fresh juices bring little benefit?

Remember any American movie about successful people who eat heroes for breakfast? Most often, these are pancakes with syrup, toast with butter, jam or peanut paste, egg eggs, buns and, of course, a fresh orange juice and a cup of coffee. For a long time a glass of freshly squeezed juice for breakfast was considered an attribute of success and care for health. According to nutritionists, partly, this has led to the fact that now about half of Americans are overweight.
What is the problem of juices? After all, they are made of fresh fruits – it is unlikely that anyone will have doubts about the benefits of oranges. But everything is not so clear – the juice is very different from the orange, about the grapes from wine.
fruits contain quite a lot of sugars. For example, medium -sized orange contains about 14 grams of sugar. To prepare a glass of juice, you will need two (or even three) oranges of medium size – depending on their variety, juiciness and other indicators. That is, in one glass of juice there will be approximately 30 grams of sugar.
Why is it better to eat whole fruits? As we have already found out, sugars even in acidic orange are quite a lot. But in fruits a lot of fiber, which produces an effect similar to the absorption of long carbohydrates – sugar is absorbed gradually, there is no sharp jumps of blood sugar. Therefore, the same two oranges, but eaten completely, will give a completely different effect.
