Why do food allergies occur?

Allergist-immunologist told what causes allergies to specific products and whether it is possible to get rid of it.

However, an allergic reaction, like any other reaction in our body, does not occur suddenly, out of nowhere. This is only the tip of the iceberg, a visible part of the problem that can be formed in the body for years and manifest itself at a specific moment.

And antihistamines are not a solution or a solution at all. You need to fundamentally revise your lifestyle and habits.

“Hypersensitivity reactions occur where the kingdom of microorganisms has long ruled. In the case of immediate-type reactions, the culprits are infectious diseases, parasites, bacteria, fungi. In the case of delayed-type reactions, viruses, giardia, trichomonads, chlamydia, mycoplasma and others,” says the expert.

Why has allergy become a mass disease in recent years? After all, even children suffer from it today. This is due to the fact that the amount of toxins in the environment has increased significantly (an elementary example is household chemicals that we encounter every day). Because of this, the load on the immune system increased significantly.

If earlier the immune system responded only to challenges from the inside (and mostly coped with them), today the immune system works, relatively speaking, on two fronts. And this is where the strength is no longer enough, especially when it is attacked at the same time.

To internal parasites (in the form of bacteria, fungi and viruses) and to external aggressive factors, food was added as a provoking factor. Against this background, allergies to specific products, especially non-seasonal and local products, arise.

To minimize the risk of allergic reactions, try to exclude provocateurs from your life as much as possible. And then the immune system will cope and will not give an allergic reaction in response.
