Why do you need to wake up at the same time on weekends and weekdays?

Most Ukrainians like to sleep longer on weekends, but this only hurts body, because it violates the regime.
Waking up every day should happen at the same time so that the biorhythms do not go astray every week.
This is recommended by somnologist Elena Tsareva. According to her, waking up at different times threatens the fact that it can fall into a deep stage of sleep, when it is very difficult for a person to wake up and get out of bed. In such cases, you may not even hear the alarm clock and oversleep.
The specialist advised to set a pleasant alarm clock melody, but a rhythmic one, so that it does not “fit” into sleep.
