Why fried pies don't turn out well: we name the main mistakes

Fried pies are liked by many for their bright taste.

However, not every housewife can cook them.

Sometimes the reason for failure does not even lie in working with the dough and filling: the pies turn out to be of poor quality due to errors related to the frying process.

What shortcomings should be remembered

Cold frying pan and oil

Most often such pies will not turn out golden. Also, you should not dream of having a crust. In order for the flour product to turn out to be of excellent quality, the frying pan with oil needs to be well heated. As a rule, this takes no more than three minutes.

Fire intensity

After you have heated the frying pan, the fire intensity should be reduced. And if not, then the outer part of the pies will burn, but inside they will remain raw.

Therefore, it is better to carry out the entire frying process over low heat.

Lid

Some housewives first fry the pies under the lid. This is a mistake. Due to the accumulated condensation, the quality of the baking will leave much to be desired.

The lid should be used only after a hard crust has appeared
