Why housewives no longer cook pasta: an alternative method of cooking

Pasta must be cooked — culinary truth. But not everything is so clear. There is an alternative way of cooking pasta. You can forget about traditional boiling, discarding in a colander and overcooked breasts.

Ingredients for a delicious dish

For cooking, you will need the following list of products:

  • pasta ;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • melted cheese – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • water – 2 tbsp.;
  • tomato – 2 pcs.;
  • tomato paste – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • sugar – 0.5 tsp;
  • cheese – 40 gr.;
  • salt and spices – to taste.

How to cook

Peel the onion and garlic, finely chop and fry until golden. Next, add tomatoes in small pieces to the pan. Stew everything together for 5-7 minutes.

At the next stage, add tomato paste, salt, sugar, spices. Thoroughly mix everything to a homogeneous mass.

Now the final part – pour the dry macaroni into the vegetable mixture. Small vermicelli cooks faster than spaghetti. Close the lid and cook for 20 minutes.

When the pasta is ready, add the melted cheese. Before serving, sprinkle the dish with grated hard cheese and greens. Delicious!
