In fact, everything is a little different. Ordinary soaking in water will not affect the composition of poultry meat. Hormones and antibiotics will remain in place.
The most correct and logical way to remove harmful substances is to drain the first water after boiling, in which the carcass was cooked, and then pour the second and cook a little.
So there is a high probability that all antibiotics, hormones and other substances that adversely affect human health will evaporate from the chicken.
