Why most of us prepare cocoa incorrectly

Nutritionists have long proven the benefits of cocoa for the brain and the human body in general. The only unresolved issue remains the preparation of the drink. Most of us are simply used to pouring the powder into milk and boiling. But it turns out that this method is not entirely correct.

Classic recipe for preparing cocoa

For preparation you will need:

  • 4.5 tbsp. l. sugar;
  • 2 l. milk;
  • 6 tbsp. cocoa powder.

How to cook

First, pour some water into the saucepan where the cocoa will be cooked and bring it to a boil.

When the water boils, pour the milk into the saucepan.

In a separate bowl, mix together the cocoa and sugar. Then add a little water and mix the mixture well until smooth so that there are no lumps.

Then pour the finished chocolate mixture into the saucepan with the milk, stirring the contents at the same time.

Then bring the cocoa to a boil and remove from the heat after three minutes.

The trick is that after this, the cocoa must be poured into cups immediately.

Delicious!
