Another idea for a bright spring-summer morning – yogurt breakfast with strawberries. If you put the dessert in the freezer for three hours, you will get homemade ice cream.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 g of strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 1 orange
- 250 g natural yogurt
- 250 g mascarpone
- 120 g powdered sugar
- 100 g shortbread

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Beat mascarpone with half of yogurt and powdered sugar with a mixer, 2 min. Puree the remaining yogurt and bananas with a blender and stir into the whipped mixture.
Step 2
Cut the peel from the orange to the pulp and cut into pieces segments without films. Coarsely chop the strawberries, leaving a few berries whole for decoration.
Step 3
Crush the cookies into coarse crumbs.
Step 4
To serve in a cream jar, glass or glass jar, put a little cream, on top – part of the cookies and orange slices, then again cream, cookies and chopped berries.
Step 5
Put a little more cream on top, decorate with a whole strawberry, leave for 30 minutes. in the fridge.
