Yogurt breakfast with strawberries, or homemade ice cream

Another idea for a bright spring-summer morning is a yogurt breakfast with strawberries. If you put the dessert in the freezer for three hours, you will get homemade ice cream.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g strawberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 orange
  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 100 g shortbread cookies

STEP-BY-STEP PREPARATION RECIPE

Step 1

Beat the mascarpone with half the yogurt and powdered sugar with a mixer, 2 minutes. Puree the remaining yogurt with bananas in a blender and stir into the whipped mixture.

Step 2

Cut the peel from the orange to the pulp and cut into segments without the membranes. Coarsely chop the strawberries, leaving a few berries whole for decoration.

Step 3

Crush the cookies into coarse crumbs.

Step 4

To serve, put a little cream in a bowl, a glass or a glass jar, top with some cookies and orange slices, then cream, cookies and chopped berries again.

Step 5

Put a little more cream on top, decorate with whole strawberries, and leave for 30 minutes. in the refrigerator.
