For 500 grams of minced meat, you need to take 1 zucchini, 2 cloves of garlic, an onion, an egg, 2 tablespoons spoons of semolina, salt and spices. You can add some greens, for example, dill.
To begin with, you need to grate the zucchini and squeeze it a little, and then add it to the minced meat. After that, an egg, grated onion, and garlic should be mixed into the mass.
Greens, semolina and spices are added last. All this should be thoroughly mixed and left for 15 minutes so that the semolina has time to swell.
After that, you can proceed to frying the cutlets in a preheated pan with oil.
Serve the minced meat and zucchini cutlets you can with any side dish.
